I will definitely earn a living doing what I love most, which has always been music. To make tangible an abstract idea or emotion through organizing melodies is my reason for happiness. Specifically in the future I would like to be a film scorer, writing music for film and television. I’ve always been fascinated by the ability to tell or enhance a story by synchronizing music. My plan so far has been to continue student projects with film students to gain relationships and experience, and then when I graduate I will move to Los Angeles Interning and developing further connections. Right now I am focusing on honing my craft through advanced study in classical orchestration and electronic production to create a diverse, unique sound that could serve as a brand and propel my dream career. Once I have gained the support necessary I then plan to start music workshops for children locally, and then eventually nationally, where students can explore their own creativity and I will carve a deeper footprint on this earth that I hope will sustain long after me.
