The percentage of obesity within the United States is at a high rate that is continuing to rise. The percentage will continue to rise because people are uncomfortable and intimidated to workout. If I could earn a living doing what I love most I would become a personal health and wellness trainer for the common people in the United States working with a staff of dietitians to help lead people to a healthy lifestyle along with their families.
To improve my knowledge on the real meaning of a personal trainer I would study the correct major at the University I will be attending, and minor in business entrepreneurship. From that point I would research cities within each state with the highest rate of obesity and create workout facilities allowing all people to receive consultations about their bad eating habits and their lack of fitness.
Once the goal of changing people to live a healthy lifestyle is successful I would carry on my philosophy to other high percent obesity rated cities within other states. I would love to impact people’s lives to help them make a complete transformation of their body. The ultimate goal with becoming a personal health and wellness trainer would be to help individuals become more comfortable with working out and creating healthier habits in order to change their lifestyles.
