If I were to earn a living doing what I love most, it would be inspiring and encouraging people to lead a healthier life. In today’s society, we focus on finding the easiest path in order to reach our goals. Whether it involves getting grades that will barely get you by or trying to discover the easiest route to obtain a physique you can be proud of, the days of hard work and dedication seem to be quickly fading. My goal is to encourage the people who desire a healthier lifestyle, that anything worth having is worth fighting for. I have already begun this process by helping an overweight friend of mine lose seventy pounds in just a year. My next step in this journey to create a healthier world, is to obtain a certification in both CPR and personal training. I have shadowed a sports medicine doctor on varies occasions in order to learn and increase my understanding of health and fitness to the best of my abilities. I am currently studying exercise science at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and plan to receive my degree within the next two years. Utilizing my knowledge and passion for physical fitness and dieting, I will help change the lives of those who are willing to put in the work. My goal is to help people improve their health and overall lifestyles and I will not stop until this dream is realized.
