My father, my boyfriend, everyone looked at me crazy when I told them that I wanted to change the world through saving animals because they thought that I should use my talents to save people, but why are people more important than animals? I want to learn about animals and their habitats, traits, genes, language, everything in order to make sure that no animal goes extinct or endangered. What I want most is to study zoology at Oregon State University to first complete my major and then complete my doctrine.
Before I can call myself Dr. Gruesbeck, I need to complete internship opportunities and study abroad to Africa or Australia to examine the life cycle of all shapes and sizes of animals. I want to take a wildlife trapping course in order to learn how to safely capture animals that are injured to take them to captivity and also learn which animals are endangered so that I can study them and prevent their extinction.
Many people do not understand the importance of animals such as how they contribute to a food chain, how animals help the growth and production of plants that could be a food source or used for medical purposes, and how animals help to keep a balanced ecosystem and the different places of the world. In a way, animals create the world that humans live in, so they should be saved as well.
