What would I do if I could earn a living doing what I love the most? For starters, I’d spend a good amount of time exploring what exactly that is. Being a DJ would be pretty fantastic, perhaps a painter, or maybe a mattress or food tester. Personally though, I feel a larger obligation to positively affect as many people around the world as I can. So what do I think I could do to achieve that while enjoying my career to the fullest?

The list is still quite long. What opportunities allow me to leave the world a better place than how I found it? Investing my time to research alternative energy would be beneficial, or pushing the use of recyclable materials by large manufacturers, or fighting to get money out of politics where we can put national matters back into the hands of the people.

There is one thing that all of these endeavors have in common: education. Education is the key to a brighter future, a cleaner Earth, the well being of all its inhabitants, big or small, and the quality of life for humans around the globe. We must push future generations to become educated so that they will discover the answers to the hardest questions and solve the most difficult problems we currently face. I would be an educator, for education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world, and I’d like to arm as many people as I can.
