Video: Stretches for Violin Players

You know that technical warm-ups and exercises are an important part of playing the violin, but what about stretching? Violinists are susceptible to injuries and strains, especially if you don’t practice good posture and positioning. To reduce the risk of injuries, stretching before you play can make a big difference.
