Here is a brief bio of my career as a musician:

Gregory N. has had a long and diverse career as pianist, composer, and musical director. He recently gave a lecture-concert called “What Makes a Melody Great? “with the Joffrey Ballet School dancers demonstrating Swan Lake. He performed as solo pianist at President Clinton’s Inaugural in 1993. Since graduating from Manhattan School of Music in 1986, he’s played piano for practically every dance studio in Manhattan. Recent work includes the Off- Broadway show "Dissenters", and the score and script for “The Mandala Maker”. Last year he founded The Invention Company, a collaborative model for film and stage production. He attended conducting class at Tanglewood with Leonard Bernstein. His current composing projects include a Russian gypsy ballet and an opera set to a novel by Jack London.

Originally from Capetown, South Africa, I'm a NYC based professional drummer. I've studied at Berklee College Of Music (Boston, MA) and The Drummer's Collective (NYC).

I offer my students professional training in a fun, laid-back atmosphere.

I made my Broadway debut with the original cast of Disney & Cameron Mackintosh’s hit musical Mary Poppins and became Broadway's second Mary, flying over the heads and into the hearts of Broadway audiences for over 100 performances.  I left that production to join the original cast of the highly acclaimed Broadway revival of Ragtime.  

I continue to cross the country representing Walt Disney Productions in national concert appearances. I have also has appeared on The Today Show, The View, the 2007 Tony Awards Show, and the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. I have sung for the annual Broadway on Broadway Concert in Times Square, Broadway Sings for Toys and the Fred Ebb Awards.   Recently, I was seen at The Maltz Jupiter Theatre as Hope in Anything Goes, and in the title role of the musical, Gypsy, in the premiere production of the new North Shore Music Theatre, as Mary Poppins in the  televised 2010 IKEA Thanksgiving Day Parade and the 2011 Walt Disney World Christmas...

A lifelong musician and songwriter, Ian S has extensive experience teaching guitar and piano to students age 3 and up both as a private music instructor and as a teacher at the Institute of Music for Children. With 25 years experience in guitar and piano, Ian has studied and performed with several award-winning music artists, and has written and recorded over one hundred songs. He plays and teaches a variety of styles on both the guitar and the piano, from classical to jazz to rock. Ian is patient, friendly, and loves sharing the gift of music.

Ian was the guitarist in the Princeton University Jazz Ensemble for 3 seasons, was selected from a nationwide pool of musicians to perform at a special music event at the Kennedy Center in Washington DC, and was the recipient of the New Jersey Governor's Award in Arts Education for the category of Instrumental Music.

Began private piano lessons at age 6 and violin lessons at age 8.

I am an upright bass, bass guitar and guitar player who performs almost 7 nights a week in NYC, and abroad. It is this practical knowledge and my great love of music that informs the way I teach. For me performing and teaching music is fun and inspiring. I want my students to have fun, be inspired and in a short time start gaining the skills needed to achieve their personal goals.
In addition to being a busy freelance musician I am co-leader of the popular jazz group Lapis Luna, and am a founding member of the rousing early jazz, swing and blues band The Blue Vipers of Brooklyn. I also find time to play in the double bass section with several of the great community orchestras in NYC performing timeless works from Bach to Bartok. As a Music Teacher, my strengths are Patience, Experience and Encouragement. I am a Father of 4 and have had the joy in teaching them Guitar, Saxophone, Basic Theory and more. I have taught at Columbia College Chicago and at School of Rock (NYC/NJ). I currently teach children and young adults how to make simple musical instruments at The Friends of The Family Day Care Center in Mutuchen, NJ as well as producing Creative Sound Workshops at Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore and various Sound Art Festivals.
Playing by Ear has been a priceless, innate talent that I have developed throughout my life and I encourage all musicians, young and old, to do the same. My name is Joe and I work in NYC as a Lead Guitarist, Musical Director and Actor. I have recorded, toured, and performed for most of my life. Music has taken me to other parts of the world and I share what I've learned to my students so they can enjoy and experience music like I have.
At 16 years of age, I began formal tutoring from G.I.T. graduates and studied at numerous guitar seminars and workshops. By 22 I had my first record deal in Germany.

I am a freelance violinist residing in New York. A New York native, I attended the Pre-College Division of the Manhattan School of Music. I am also a graduate of New York University, where I completed my Bachelor of Music degree in String Performance. I have appeared in both solo and chamber settings at venues such as Weill Hall at Carnegie Hall, Symphony Space, the Tenri Cultural Institute, Galapagos Art Space, Le Poisson Rouge, the Flea Theater, and Steinway Hall. I have also played in master classes given by violinists Aaron Rosand, Hyo Kang, and Arnold Steinhardt of the Guarneri String Quartet. My playing has taken me to Spain and Peru, where I accompanied NYU’s Artists-in-Residence ensemble, Combo Nuvo at the Jazz Perú Internacionál Festival.

A busy professional drummer/composer, Sean has a Bachelor of Music from the prestigious New England Conservatory of Music and also plays piano, bass and guitar.
Only 27, Sean has launched an impressively diverse career, crossing over musical worlds to perform with jazz artists such as Maria Schneider, Dave Douglas, Shelly Berg, and Alan Pasqua to rock veterans Warren Haynes of the Allman Brothers, George Porter of the Meters, Michael Shrieve of Santana, Jerry Harrison of the Talking Heads and Greg Ginn of Black Flag. He also tours and records with contemporary pop outfits Francis and the Lights, Shenandoah and the Night, and 2AM Club.

Music has been a part of my life since before I can remember, going back to the days of pots and pans until finally getting my first drum set at age 3. Despite taking piano and guitar lessons in middle school, I always wound up back at the drums. Throughout high school I was involved in as many music ensembles as possible: concert bands, jazz bands, madrigal and concert choirs, winter percussion ensemble, and marching band. I also played drums in a few local bands that ranged in many styles: rock, jazz, latin, punk and ska. Amidst all these groups, I studied all four years as well with my band director/renown drummer, Ed Argenziano, one on one, fine tuning my fundamentals and building the proper habits and tendencies that have stuck with me to this day.
