About Me
I have been working with students of all ages for the past six years as a private and group lesson instructor, bandleader and clinician. At a summer camp in New York I would regularly have kids from other sections sitting in on my classes because of the creative and exciting learning environment that I create.
As a graduate of Berklee College of Music I have experienced every genre and teaching method. As a result I can shape my curriculum to the student's personal interests and preferred learning style. During lessons I take a solid foundation of music theory and technical practice and place it in context to modern musical examples, allowing students to understand the material on their own terms. I am patient, animated and I love what I do!
Student Feedback
Fettah K, Very patient and friendly teacher
I am an absolute beginner in guitar. David has been very patient with me and my ham-fisted fingers. He gives very good advice on how to improve my technique and also explains the reasons. His amiable demeanor helps me to relax and not stress out during our lessons.

Michael D, For Sunday
David,
Did you receive the email with the question about Salome (incl. tab)? We can just check in on Sunday (hopefully), but if you see that and can reply (or want me to re-send) we can get that out of the way first...
