Fabiola is an alumna of Carnegie-Mellon University; she has also attended summer programs such as the Northwestern University Masterclasses and the Bowdoin Music Festival. She is a member of the honor societies of Pi Kappa Lambda, Phi Kappa Phi, and Phi Beta Delta.
