I have experience with traditional, Suzuki and Kodaly methods, but primarily use a mix of methods to find the best approach for students. I employ elements of technique, theory (traditional and jazz), ear training, sight reading, and history for a more balanced presentation of ideas in a way that the student can understand. A student can learn anything in these lessons, from their favorite song on the radio to a complex classical piece.
