I've been teaching bass, electric guitar and arranging for five years, my objective as a teacher has always been to develop creative musicians and great live performers. I want anything I teach to benefit the student for a lifetime.

Human beings are unique. And because of that, there’s no a standard way to do things. This fact is applied in everything, and musically talking, that means that the way you want to learn is personal. Nobody else could produce the same music you’ve done.

I had been touring as session player worldwide from Europe to Japan and had learn much more from live gigs and jam sessions then from books and videos, that's why in my approach I first analyze with the student those things that most of the times we think we are used 90-100%  in bass / guitar playing, such as Performance, Arranging and Music Styles analysis.

Once you get those things down we will venture into the bass / elec. guitar playing concepts and techniques, exploring the music styles you want to be focused on (rock, blues, funk, pop, etc.).

While teaching the instrument techniques we'll learn how to play songs and music pieces following the style you want to focus on; some of the subjects we'll cover are:

• How to create your own guitar riffs / bass lines (how to use chords patterns and rhythmic lines to create guitar parts / bass lines that will work on a song following YOUR own music ideas)
• Learn how to play what you hear off your favourite albums by ear, be able to improvise and understand what is behind your favourite guitar parts / bass lines.

• Easy to learn fingering exercises to warm up and stretch your hand muscles to improve long time playing
• from Beginner to Advanced level my teaching approach remains the same: "We are unique, and if we learn music, we’re going to produce unique music. You don’t have to be a copy of other musician. Just be yourself."

I'm specialized in teaching bass guitar / elec. guitar and arranging in funk, blues, pop and rock styles for guitar, electric bass and drums, I perform regularly every week in New York as bass player (at Zebulon, Nublu, Piano's, etc.) and produce music for TV jingles (includes Coca Cola, D&G, Calvin Klein, etc.) and and national television ads.
Garage Band (for music production on professional level), arranging, music for film, improvisation (from jazz to blues).
