    With 15 years experience as a Guitarist, Songwriter, Engineer, and Popular Music Arranger, I’ve been continually sought after to teach private music lessons in a variety of capacities. I was trained at Ithaca College of Music and at The University of North Carolina. My production resume includes 5+ years as a staff engineer at Manhattan Center Recording Studios in NYC, where I worked daily with artists like The Scissor Sisters, Santana, The Roots, and Kanye West. In addition to being a patient teacher for beginner through advanced guitar students, my experience as a major level engineer and producer affords unique insight to students with contemporary music goals. I also offer private songwriting and recording lessons that expose students to standard tools like Pro Tools, Logic, and Garage Band.
