Bruno is an experienced musician and teacher with a degree in drumming from the Musicians Institute in Hollywood, California. Originally from Brazil, Bruno has extensive experience in most styles of contemporary drumming including Rock, Funk, Blues, Jazz and Latin music. Bruno has been teaching for 15 years both privately and in schools and is a certified member of the Vic Firth Private Drum Teacher global network. Throughout his upbringing, he studied with many renowned musicians across the United States, Brazil and Australia making him today a seasoned live as well as studio musician.

Learning to play any musical instrument must always be one thing in the FIRST place: ENJOYABLE. It is with this in mind that I conduct lessons with all of my students. Before getting started, I always try to get a clear understanding of what the student hopes to accomplish through our lessons and then take progressive steps towards achieving those goals. In doing so, we generally cover technique, reading, music theory, playing in diverse musical styles, recording, listening, practice strategies and much more.

Experienced in most styles of contemporary drumming. Specialized in Rock, Funk, Blues, Jazz, Brazilian and Afro-Cuban drumming.
