Jessica is a professional piano player and composer. Upon completion of her Masters degree in jazz composition, she is performing regularly in various venues on the Las Vegas strip. Jessica's education and experience as a musician makes her an asset to students at all levels and styles.  Jessica has been teaching privately for over ten years and has taught music at the University of Nevada Las Vegas for two years.  Jessica has developed a new approach to teaching where she encourages her students to enjoy the process of learning music in addition to helping each student become their own best teacher of the art form. 

I approach teaching in a positve, encouraging manner.  I believe that each student has a unique way of learning music and that it is the teachers job to find out how the student learns best.  I approach teaching music differently with each student since their personalities and goals are unique. Depending on the stye of music I am teaching, I may encorporate the use of play along CD's and computer technolgy.
